Main Responsibilities:

• Direct assigned table games, such as blackjack, roulette, poker, etc.
• Explain the rules of the game to new players and assist customers in understanding the flow of the game.

Dealing of Cards and Game Operations:

• Deal out cards and manage other elements of the game in accordance with established rules.
• Monitor the game for suspicious or irregular activity.

Interactions with Customers:

• Provide exceptional customer service by interacting in a friendly and professional manner with players.
• Answer customer questions and provide game information as needed.

Money and Token Management:

• Manage money and chips accurately during the game.
• Make payments and collect stakes according to established rules.

Compliance with Rules and Regulations:

• Ensure strict compliance with casino rules and regulations.
• Report suspicious behavior or violations of casino policies.

Collaboration with the Team:

• Work closely with other dealers, table supervisors and casino staff.
• Communicate effectively with the team to ensure the smooth running of operations.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience as a dealer preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of casino game rules and strategies.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and pressured environment.
• Strict compliance with professional ethics and confidentiality rules.
