Main Responsibilities:

Preparation of Drinks:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards.
• Create original cocktails and mixes with precision and creativity.

Bar management:

• Maintain adequate inventory of necessary beverages, garnishes and supplies.
• Ensure the bar is clean, organized and well stocked at all times.

Compliance with Regulations:

• Respect regulations relating to the sale of alcohol and food safety standards.
• Check the legal age of customers before serving alcoholic beverages.

Interactions with Customers:

• Engage in conversations with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ensure customer needs are met and resolve issues as needed.

Collaboration with the Team:

• Work closely with other bar and restaurant staff.
• Communicate effectively to ensure optimal coordination of services.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bartender preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of drinks, cocktails and serving techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and pressured environment.
• Compliance with regulations related to the sale of alcohol and food safety standards.
