Collaboration with Suppliers:

- Negotiate contracts and seek cost optimization opportunities.
Culinary Creativity:
- Innovate in the creation of dishes and culinary techniques to maintain the restaurant's gastronomic reputation.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new ideas and concepts.
Management of Special Events:
- Design special menus for specific events, such as theme parties, celebrations, etc.
- Supervise preparation and service at special events.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience as a chef in a fine dining restaurant.
- In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, gastronomic trends and food safety standards.
- Strong team management and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high quality standards.
